How long should I allow from when I order, to when the Box is delivered?
Once an order is completed online, your order is processed and despatched from Redzed kitchens within two working days (public holidays add an extra day)
Arrival time will be another 1-5 days depending on how far the Box has to travel to it’s destination.
Please contact us if you need your Cookie Box to arrive on a specific day. A Cookie Consultant will help set this up for you. (As we use third parties to deliver our products, from time to time delays may occur out of our control. More rarely a delivery may actually arrive early. Please allow for these anomalies if you are arranging delivery for a specific day)
Who delivers the Box?
All Cookie Boxes are sent with Australia Post or a Courier Service of our choosing.
Do I have to be home to accept delivery of my Cookie Box?
When the delivery driver arrives (between 9am-5pm weekdays), we recommend that someone is present to sign for the delivery. If no one is present, unless you have instructed us otherwise, the driver will place the Box at the front door.
We are able to give alternative instructions to drivers, but they must be given to us by email or fax on the same day you place your order online. (E.g. Instructions could be: Please leave Box under chair on porch, leave with neighbour – House #72)
When choosing alternative instructions for the driver leaving the Box, please consider the following:
• Our cookies are shipped freshly baked and cannot endure extended periods exposed to heat, direct sunlight, or inclement weather.
Look after the Cookies by instructing driver to leave in a sheltered, shady spot.
• Look after the deliver people by making sure where you ask them to go doesn’t put them in harms way………….I’m sure the Postie has been “greeted” by enough puppies home alone!
If you require a fully insured postal service that must be signed for, rather than being left at your door, it is your responsibility to request this at the time of ordering. A charge will be payable for this service.

How much is Shipping if I purchase less than $50 worth of products?
Shipping is calculated at the current Australia Post charges for parcels.
What happens if my Box doesn’t arrive?
Redzed does its absolute best to deliver your Box on the day you have selected. Sometimes Australia Post or the Courier Service may experience a delay we are not aware of. If you are concerned a delivery is later than you expected, please contact us and we’ll make sure we get things sorted for you.
I have a Regular Scheduled Delivery set up through the Office Shouts programme. Can I pause or alter this?
Yes. Just contact us and a Cookie Consultant will set up new dates for any pauses, extra deliveries or less deliveries of your normal scheduled programme.
Do You Deliver Overseas?
No. Redzed does not offer shipping outside Australia. However, you can receive delivery yourself and then arrange further shipping through Australia Post.
What if I’ve told Redzed the incorrect Address details?
Please double check the address you give us for delivery. It is your responsibility to give us the correct delivery information. Extra charges will apply if further Boxes are to be sent to the correct address, if you have given us the incorrect address originally.
Can I Future Date the Shipping of my purchases?
Yes. You must contact us on the day of order either by email or fax and give us specific instructions. Please leave your contact details on this communication so that if we have any questions, we can contact you for clarification.
